The Greenwood Colorado Apartments and 2K Colorado projects will together create 297 affordable homes in Pasadena, helping address the region's housing needs while revitalizing underutilized commercial properties along the Colorado Boulevard corridor. Together, the projects will provide new homes, community amenities, landscaped open spaces, bicycle facilities, and thoughtfully designed architecture that supports a more vibrant and inclusive neighborhood.

Greenwood Colorado Apartments

Location: 1976 E. Colorado Boulevard Pasadena, California

Overview:

A new six-story affordable housing community proposed at 1976 E. Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena. The community will provide 154 affordable homes for low-income households and include landscaped courtyards, a children's play area, community gathering spaces, on-site management, bicycle parking, and resident amenities. The project replaces an aging commercial property with new housing designed to serve Pasadena families and residents.

2K Colorado

Location: 2000 E. Colorado Boulevard Pasadena, California

Overview:

A new six-story affordable housing community proposed at 2000 E. Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena. The project will transform an underutilized commercial property into 143 affordable homes designed for low-income households, with new resident amenities, open space, bicycle facilities, and on-site parking. The development is designed to complement the surrounding neighborhood while expanding housing opportunities near jobs, transit, and community services.
